The hunt for the best young chef in Asia has come to an end in Hong Kong, with local chef Ardy Ferguson taking the top prize in the regional final of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition. Pitted against nine other hopefuls shortlisted from thousands of applicants from across Asia, the up-and-coming young chef will travel to Milan next year to represent Asia on the global stage.
