About the Opportunity

Juris Centre, along with the contributing authors, successfully completed its first book project in 2023. The project, based on Constitutional Law, was in collaboration with Shwetwarna Prakashan, a publication house registered in New Delhi. “Constitutional Contemplations: Essays and Perspectives” (ISBN: 978-81 19590-37-7) is currently listed on Amazon India and Shwetwarna websites.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been working on a new book project based on Intellectual Property Rights, in collaboration with Shwetwarna Prakashan. Building upon the resounding success and positive reception of the inaugural anthology, this book promises to delve deep into the complexities and nuances of Intellectual Property law. Featuring a diverse array of contributors and thought-provoking essays, this volume will explore emerging trends, critical debates, and evolving perspectives within the realm of Intellectual Property scholarship.

Juris Centre calls for contributing authors for “Guardians of Innovation: Perspectives on Intellectual Property” (ISBN: 978-81-973380-6-9). We are seeking fresh insights, diverse perspectives, and innovative approaches to Intellectual Property law. Whether you are passionate about copyright, trademark, patents, or any other aspect of Intellectual Property law, we encourage you to share your expertise and contribute to this enriching dialogue.

We’ve received a lot of positive feedback and interest in this project, and we would be honored to feature your work in the anthology if you’re willing to contribute.
