Palworld Tops 19 Million Players, With 12 Million Copies Sold On Steam

Palworld is more on fire than Charizard, as developer Pocketpair has revealed that the survival game has seen over 19 million players since launching January 19. Of that number, 12 million have bought the Early Access survival game on Steam.

The other 7 million players are on Xbox–which includes Windows Store PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. In fact, Palworld now holds the title of biggest third-party launch on Xbox Game Pass ever. Pocketpair added that this Xbox version of the game has seen almost 3 million daily active users at one point. Last week, it was reported Palworld surpassed Fortnite in the US on Xbox for daily active users.

Meanwhile, Palworld has topped 2 million concurrent players on Steam, making it only the second game ever to hit that milestone. For those wondering, PUBG still holds the record of 3.2 million concurrent players on Steam, so the survival-game has a ways to go to reach the No. 1 spot.

Earlier this week, Palworld received a stability update as Pocketpair addresses major issues for the Early Access and Game Preview (on Xbox) title. The survival game is only about 60% finished, with a roadmap promising PvP and raid bosses.
