The Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI)’s Odisha Councils are organizing an important webinar on “Sexual Harassment at Workplace: Know Your Rights, Protect Yourself.”
As sexual harassment continues to be a pressing issue at workplaces, it is imperative for employees to know their rights and how to protect themselves. This webinar aims to spread awareness and provide valuable legal information to employees.
The webinar distinctly aims to make employees better aware of procedures, laws and support available so knowledge itself gives them clarity and courage to speak up against harassment. The legal information on recognizing harassment, specific provisions to safeguard targets and strict disciplinary requirements for workplaces aims to prepare employees to address such unacceptable behaviour.
