About the Conference

The International Conference on Law, Ethics, and Policy in Health Care aims to bring together scholars, professionals, and policymakers from across disciplines to engage in meaningful dialogue on the complex legal and ethical issues shaping modern health care systems. Healthcare operates within a complex regulatory landscape that seeks to balance patient rights, medical safety, and professional accountability. Legal concerns such as medical malpractice, informed consent, and access to healthcare shape the way medical professionals and policymakers approach patient treatment.

This interdisciplinary conference provides a platform for the exchange of ideas at the intersection of law, medical ethics, and health policy. It invites critical engagement with topics such as patient rights, bioethics, health equity, regulation of medical technologies, and the ethical implications of digital health. By fostering collaboration among legal, medical, and policy sectors, the conference aims to promote informed, equitable, and forward-thinking approaches to healthcare governance in both local and global contexts.

The conference provides a dynamic platform for Academicians, Judicial Officers, Researchers, Professionals, Practitioners, Students of law, science, political science, and other relevant discipline to exchange ideas and present solutions that can help bridge the gaps between law, ethics, and policy.
