ALB is an all-inclusive platform with an easy-to-use dashboard that helps the law firms’ timekeepers to easily capture details of their daily activities using our mobile or web app.
ALB also helps the law firms’ billing clerk or department to easily prepare and submit accurate invoices to their clients.
About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about legal billing, compliance, and corporate legal operations? At Accurate Legal Billing (ALB), we are looking for Jr. Legal Analyst individuals who are ready to build their careers in legal operations and billing compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Familiarity with Outside Counsel Guidelines and legal billing practices.
- Experience or exposure to invoice compliance review in a legal or finance setting.
- Understanding of e-billing systems (e.g., Serengeti, CounselLink, Legal Tracker) is a plus.
- Ability to identify and support process improvements in legal operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience: 0-2 Years.
