About the Opportunity

At Samvad Partners, we are expanding our M&A / Private Equity practice in Mumbai and are looking for talented lawyers to join us. If you’re passionate about deal-making, client service, and working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting on domestic and cross-border M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Advising clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters

Eligibility Criteria

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
• Strong experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiations, and transaction closings for M&A and Private Equity deals
• Prior law firm experience is a must
