NLIU Cell for Law and Technology is organising ‘Touch Their Hearts’ competition and is inviting submissions for the same.

About the Organisation

National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU) is a public law school and a National Law University located in Bhopal, India. The NLIU Cell for Law and Technology (NLIU-CLT) was constituted at NLIU in the year 2019.

The Cell has been continuously taking efforts to engage in a variety of activities to keep up with its vision to be ahead of the curve when it comes to the intricate interactions between technology and legal policy. 

About the Competition

Touch Their Hearts is an online policy drafting competition organized as part of Techtonic 2024 in collaboration with Mittal Swarup & Srinivasan Law Chambers. The competition provides an opportunity to draft a policy proposal that makes a tangible difference for underprivileged and marginalized communities.

Use your words to touch hearts and change lives because your proposition can be the next big thing. Touch Their Hearts is one of the online competitions organized as part of Techtonic 2024.


Undergraduate and master’s students studying law and related subjects.

Important dates

  • Registration Deadline: January 7, 2024
  • White paper submission deadline: January 18, 2024
  • Results Announcement: February 04, 2024

  • Single Participant: ₹350
  • Team (2 Members): ₹500


  • Winner: ₹ 10,000 + Internship opportunities
  • 1st & 2nd Runner-up Prizes: ₹7,500 & ₹5,000
